Uneven Idle speed

I just fitted my blitz spec r cat-back and cosworth panel filter, since fitting the idle speed is hunting it almost sounds like it's going to stop before the engine rpm's pick up again? :wonder:
Anyone have any idea why this is happening? :confused:

Should I remove the new filter and refit the standard subaru untill the car is mapped?
