Roof box
 

I have admitted defeat & i now require a roof box for the forthcoming visit to the Lakes.
I have searched google & been to Halfrauds but i am looking for recommendations as to what ones to look at.

ebay -- it is a classic piece of kit that people buy and then re-sell

I bought an unsused (Halfrauds) 500lltr one for £80.00

although severly tempted to replace the Halfrauds sticker on the back with a Thule one -- as when travelling, especially on the continent it is difficult to refrain from "topbox envy"

And don't forget to give each member of the family their own "black" bin bag double wrapped as its sure to rain some time on the journey! , so everything squeezes in nicely.
