ARE ALL B/BOXES THE SAME ?
 

are all back box's the same would a 06 wrx or sti box fit my 52 plate and would a say 98 impreza box fit mine ?

they will all fit, as long as they are 2.5" bore with the flange joint in the standard position

the only difference between a classic and newage backbox is the mid hanger, it goes left on a classic and right on a newage

best to get a newage one so you don't have to mess about moving hangers

classic is the original model, up to 2000, like mine

newage is from 2001 onwards, bugeye, blobeye & hawkeye, from your avatar it looks like you have a bugeye

then you want a newage backbox, there are plenty of good used ones for sale on here all the time ;)
