Oh and the price is stupid too, considering I was going to get me mits on a 20k miler 04 limited with fsh for 12k ;)

Tony:)

rapid.STI 16 April 2010 09:45 PM

still look well from what i can see? not down for the harnesses tho:(

deank93 16 April 2010 10:16 PM

As soon as i saw the thread title i knew the car you were talking about, i spotted it on pistonheads this afternoon and was pretty shocked with the price.

Where did you see the 04 plate for 12k?....assuming your not buying it and want to keep it's identity to yourself.

TonyBurns 16 April 2010 10:44 PM

The 04 one is sold now, ill put a link up to it.

Tony:)

scooby-tc 17 April 2010 12:14 AM

scooby-tc 17 April 2010 12:19 AM

zippy! 17 April 2010 12:37 PM

cant see anything wrong with it apart from price and harnesses tbh looks great.

TonyBurns 17 April 2010 02:32 PM

Crappy large spoiler, silly mudflaps, stupid pink badge (they have a discreet black one as standard ;)) harnesses, roof fins

Tony

SPEN555 17 April 2010 02:39 PM

How do you know it's your old one Tony?

Replica wheels, non-standard strut brace
Anyone who puts an STI spoiler, skirts or winglets on a spec C needs a good talking to :nono:

The knocklink in the window, the small stonechip (well groove) in the bonnet (front passenger side), the very small tear in the passenger door (accidently did that taking something out of the front seat :( ) plus the reg ;) ends in ucn (clifford concept 300 plus bits etc)
This is the 3rd owner, sold for a good 1k less than this a year ago, looks like its been driven through halfords :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Tony:(

:Whatever_:D

That is a bit overpriced, agree with the brace and crappy wheels probabaly would explode if the car was driven how it meant to be:norty:

SPEN555 17 April 2010 07:05 PM

It's one thing being priced at x amount, it's another matter actually getting the sale :D

You best give me and many of the other Spec C owners a good talking to then, as having the High Level STi spoiler on the boot is more common than not! ;)

TonyBurns 17 April 2010 08:08 PM

It does have manual mirrors and windows though Shaun ;):D

Tony:D

rapid.STI 17 April 2010 08:10 PM

at least its a genuine scooby spoiler and not a naff ridiculous looking halfords job i dont think it looks out of place at all!

Shaun 17 April 2010 08:12 PM

So it was like a "proper" Spec C then... cool! ;) :D

All that was needed was to change the wing mirrors to black and ensure it has no air-con! :D
