ScoobyClinic / Safety Devices Newage Roll Cage - Any one got pics/info?
Looking at the Scooby Clinic supplied Safety Devices 6 point roll cage for my 2001 GDB Impreza.
Does anyone have one fitted? As i would like to see how its fitted and how much of the interior is retained. As i am aware that you are meant to be able to run these with a full interior and remove/refit them fairly easily. I had one in my Clio 182, and it foulded on a few bits of interior trim, which was a pain! So would like to see fitment of these! Any pics or info is much appreciated!! |
bump for this.. old question but any one know?

Look nice and effective, but first quote which i get for full rolling cage for my wagon has been £2k.
And here is guide how to fit http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/06...age/index.html |
They are an absolute nightmare, and that was only me removing it,had to take a rear door off.
I can imagine its a propper hard job to fit getting all the feet welded in the correct places,iv left the monting feet in mine as i may fit another now the car is a 2nd car to us and will be more track focused. |
i have just fitted one of these SD cages to a blob eye. Personally i think they are Classic roll cages, the rear fits well but the front does not fit the pillers well and the front cross roof bar is very low. Skoobyclinic say its for a GDB but i feel they are selling a classic cage.
