How good is the hawk 5speed gearbox

How good are these gearboxs?? (I know they are no-where near as good as the STI 6 speed). When you get a hawk WRX remapped they are putting out 340-350 lbs/ft torque!! Can they handle 50 % more torque than standard??

What options do you have if it fails?

Mine is putting out 390lbs-ft at present but I don't launch it and am smooth in my gear selection. If changing down, always match the revs to the new gear speed before shifting in etc :)

I will be looking at a 6 speed box with DCCD when/if this one goes pop...

A friend of mines went pop recently running 380 lb/ft torque.

I think its a mega bucks job converting it to a 6 speed
