3 port boost solinoid
 

Hi I'm just wondering if a my95 wrx 3port boost solinoid will fit on my98 uk?

Does the '98 UK car have a two port solenoid? If it does, then, yes, an earlier three port will physically fit in.

However, it's a moot point if you're running the standard ECU as it can't be remapped, and you can't run a three port on an ECU that thinks it's controlling a 2P (unless it's plumbed in like a 2 port, in which case it's pointless to muck about).

If you're running an aftermarket ECU then your mapper's the person to ask questions like this.
