Are the polishing pads velcro or sticky back pads?

All of our pads feature hook and loop backings, so are completey reusable time and time again. :)

guys am looking to pick your brains,
i have an urban grey metallic scooby and after a gd wash/dry i use proshine and it does leave a great shine but want to try something else,
what would u recommend
