What spark plugs do i need :)

i am just about to service my wagon, it has approx 380/400bhp. What are the best plugs for the job. Thx :)

NGK lazer platinum PFR7G are the ones i use as they are cooler running i have them in mine

i have got a packet of NGK iridium IX plugs for the ej20, opened, inspected and never used, £20 if your interested, i got them off scoobyworld for £40.
