help please can these be changed
 

right one of these have gone on my car (bugeye wrx 2001) but can you change these on there own or do you have to change the whole arm?if so is it an easy job to do or do they have to be pressed out?
it the lower one in the pic that has rusted/the one that goes onto the hub

sorry i think they are the lower ball joints:thumb:so they can be changed

lower ball joints??they simply bolt in dont they?i may be wrong!!
