Google Chrome still not working on the Mac
 

There still seems to be no solution to the Google Chrome font issue on the Mac.

If you Google the problem there are so many solutions that worked for different people. I have done all the basis - repaired fonts, removed all duplicates and it still does not work.

It seems to lack resilience to any font issues and seems incapable of picking up the next best working font like pretty much all other software, and definitely all other browsers.

For them to leave it open so long implies that there is an architectural issue in running on Macs.

Unless of course no-one is reporting it - as to report a bug or give feedback you need to be able to have some fonts working so that you can fill in the form ;)

It is hard to believe that Google do not know this though :eek:

Google are slack when it comes to the Mac. Still no Gears support for Snow Leopard.

I thought chrome was $hit on the PC and as a beta certainly wont be hurrying to look at it on my mac. To be fair I was running the Safari 4 beta and that wasn't without its problems either but for me chrome doesn't do anything better than safari or firefox can do anyway.
