Joyrider shouts 'get in' as judge tells him he won't be jailed for killing police dog and injuring two officers in wrecking spree | Mail Online

Felix. 04 March 2010 07:17 PM

"...He walked free from court because he has been in custody on remand, and a judge decided having a suspended prison sentence hanging over him would be greater punishment than locking him up..."

So how does he work that out. The threat of being locked up is worse that being locked up - so don't do it again or else you will be locked up....

DCI Gene Hunt 04 March 2010 07:25 PM

Tosser..... at the "get in" comment the judge should've complied and gotten him in - as in "the nick".

SunnySideUp 04 March 2010 07:27 PM

Just kill the scum, and use the money from their Gold to pay for the bullet and coffin!!!

Why don't decent members of the public take scum like this out into the middle of a lake with a pair of concrete boots on?

Felix. 04 March 2010 07:28 PM

makes you wonder if the judge reads papers or does he live in a complete bubble in happy land.

He must read this and think - yeah, i've cocked up there

kingofturds 04 March 2010 07:29 PM

scum, of course these judges live in the private estates with 24 hour security so do not have to deal with the real life low lifes.

Felix. 04 March 2010 07:32 PM

Thing is as well, the first judge who remanded him must have seen he was a danger to the public - hence he got remanded prior to his trial.

Why then does the second judge think that, once found guilty it would be far better to relaese him!!!!

I'm afraid to say that judges don't live in the real world .Hopefully it will be the judge thats his next victim

hoskib 04 March 2010 07:57 PM

there's no money in him so just let him back in the system and hope he dissapears.
maybe i missed something but there was no mention of a fine?

given a driving ban:lol1: that one always makes me chuckle, like he cares about that. community service he probably won't turn up to, the list goes on.

bottom line is if i did anyone of those offences, what would the fines start at? £500 and end up in 4 figures? just because i've got a tiny bit of money in the bank, while this potless little prick gets away with murder. fcuking winds me up stories like this

alcazar 04 March 2010 08:13 PM

No mention of a fine, plus no costs against him, and since no fine, no victim surcharge.
Got off Scot=free then:mad:

But speed, and go to court: larger fine, PLUS points, PLUS costs against, PLUS victim surcharge and your insurance goes up = FIVE punishments!

Lying Labour b@stards!

JonnyFresh 04 March 2010 08:39 PM

I can't believe he went to court looking like that! Looks a right scruff!
People like that should be used as fossil fuel for power stations! That would solve the energy crisis!!

Mog 04 March 2010 08:44 PM

Judge should have jailed him for contempt with a comment like that.

as much as i'd love to bash labour, it's the system that's the problem.

it's designed to make vast sums of money and it's very good at it, whatever party is involved will continue to use and 'improve' it.

i have a major grievance with stories like this because of what happened to my sister.
long story short she got done for speeding, but couldn't find the paper bit of her licence.

in the end she got done for not having docs (don't think it was failure to provide, but something like that) and on the court form she had to provide the household income, i wonder why:rolleyes:..........it's not like you'll be given a lower fine if you're a low earner, right?!

so because my bro in law has the audacity to work hard and climb the ladder to a well paid job to provide for his family, they ended up being fined over £400.

yep, £400 for doing 35 in a 30 and not having a bit of paper:mad: yes she's guilty as charged, she's not denied that, but that's basically a big fine because the household earns a decent income.

made worse by a few weeks later when some **** crashes into a road sign near to where she got tugged. no tax, no MOT, no insurance. his fine? £200 :cuckoo:

it really makes you want to do the 'right' thing doesn't it?

Bravo2zero_sps 04 March 2010 08:55 PM

Lawson gained notoriety in his teens when he terrorised his neighbourhood in Newcastle as part of the 'Scotswood Hoodies' gang.
Why does natural selection not take place with these low lifes? A perfect target for vigilante justice after the courts don't give out justice :thumb:

Agreed, this makes no sense and the judge needs to be 'evaluated' for this sort of behaviour. It must be soul destroying for the cops to see scum like this literally getting away with it.

I hope he gets a proper hiding in a dark alley one night.

Agreed, and they have tried very hard to change it and make it fair, have they? No, they've actually INTRODUCED a few measures to make it less fair:mad:

The magistrates tried that on me, "Your wife is in a good job isn't she?"

I had refused to tell them what she earned, and replied, "That she may be, but as far as I can see, SHE isn't on trial here?"

They agreed to take only my income into account.

Luan Pra bang 05 March 2010 11:40 AM

He was drunk, he crashed into a car, he stole a car, he tried to escape from the Police, he drove dangerously, he rammed two cop cars, he killed a police dog and injured two other police dogs. He has previous history and is currently under an ASBO. I wonder if it occured to he judge that this kid clearly does not give the first fcuk about respecting the law, society in general the British public or any innocent person or animals he may have killed or injured during his jolly japes. This guy should have got 8-10 years minimum, enough time to reflect on his actions.

Sometimes I wonder if there is a fear of a visit from the "boys"!

unfortunately she didn't have a chance to try that route. she was told in what can be best described as a thinly veiled threat that if she went to court, being guilty, the fine could run into 4 figures after applied costs.

how true that may be i don't know, but although on paper they apparently have a good income, in reality they couldn't afford to take the chance of a court case going against them.

ain't justice fair?

alcazar 05 March 2010 03:54 PM

ain't justice fair?
It was..........until Lying Labour's revenue machine took over.

dazzaturbo 05 March 2010 04:06 PM

little mongrell. they get away with nicking someones pride and joy the least i would expect is a judge to take their freedom for a while.

So the maximum penalty for aggravated vehicle taking is 2 years? :wonder:

No wonder car jackings are becoming ever so common

he should be killed/euthanised. he offers nothing to society.

and hard to believe in this case that this POS got away with it, no jail time. the whole process Judges, CPS and punishment all need looking at and reviewing IMHO.

This scumbag left court having laughed at the system, judge and cops who finally stopped him beofre he killed an innocent person - no wonder we have the problems we do in this country, no bounbrdaries set, no respect for anyone.

alcazar 05 March 2010 06:46 PM

Especially when you can get a year inside for speeding, and likewise for going equipped to torch a speed camera, not even doing it:eek:

Two victimless crimes, but hammered because they threaten Lying Labour's revenue stream.
