As I'm a complete plonker, how do I upload of my digital camera onto this board, thanks in advance.

You first need to get them on some web space somewhere then you can use [ img ]url of picture[ /img ] (take the spaces out of the square brackets)
Email me one picture and I'll put it up just to tempt you :D
