Help!!!! How to remove door mirrors
 

As title - removing door mirrors on a new age.

I have removed 3 screws and 1 10mm bolt and have tried pulling the mirror off but it seems something else is holding it firm.

Have i missed something or do i need to eat more weetabix!!!
