Forester Valve Clearences
 

Hi Chaps,

I have looked through the existing posts and so far can't find anything on Forester valve clearences.
I have a 2006 156hp forester. I need to check the valve clearences.
I guess I need any useful information. I am not sure whether they are shims or hydraulic, and I am not sure how adjust / check either.
Any help would be appreciated.
