anybody have a re-mapped turbo 2000 ecu 3 plug 97-98 they want to sell me reasonably cheap...?

Ive got a JDM V3/4 Sti 3 plug ECU i would be open to offers on.

Almost certainly not, given 97-98 OEM units can't be seamlessly remapped (at the moment), while you'd also need to get your immobiliser reprogrammed to accept another ECU.

For this age of car the only mappable ECUs currently available are aftermarket ones, although I believe a solution for the OE units is currently being worked on.

and peanuts has apower fc for sale which might work in the for sale section

yeah been told i cant just swap an sti 3 plug for my turbo 2000 3 plug as they rev different or something so thats a no go, so only choice is after market 3 plug ecu i take it theyre available for the 97-98 turbo 2000 3 plug and would work with my clifford alarm & immobilizer?
