walbro 255 ( just need the wires)

ok long shot but here goes...

just got a walbro 255 fuel pump ... cannot say i no my way round this thing so will just have to discribe what im after.

On the end is a bag which is connected to a silver cilinder which i guess is the pump and conected to that u have a set of two wires.. these wires are what im after. would need to be in good condition with conectors at both ends ...
any1 with a broken walbro 255 pump would have these on there ...

cheers :thumb:

You should be able to use the existing wires [from you OE pump] aslong as you have electrical crimps and connectors.

Hi Bob...

basicly i still have all the parts but it looks like the the internal part of the conector on the end that plugs in to the oposite end to the pump has been slightly damaged its the white conector if that makes it any easier as i think the oposite end is black also the wires look like they should have had some sort of metal slots that would slide into the conectors as at the moment the wire has just been twisted and pushed in !! and i cannot see this been right maybe this is what u meen by a crimp .... u must excuse my extream electrical technical knowedge :lol1:

Maybe you need to solder new connectors on, if they are damaged?
