File server analysing for archive

Guys
Anyone know the best way to analyse and identify on a large file server which files/folders have not been used or accessed for a while and then use this information to archive them.

just trying to identify which files can go as the data storage has increased so much the backup is running over several tapes

cheers in advance

File Server Resource Manager
Updated: January 21, 2008

Introduced with the Windows ServerŪ 2003 R2 operating system, File Server Resource Manager is a suite of tools in the Windows ServerŪ 2008 operating system that enables administrators to place storage limits on volumes and folders, prevent users from saving specific file types to the server, and generate comprehensive storage reports. File Server Resource Manager not only helps administrators to efficiently control and monitor existing storage resources from a central location, but also aids in the planning and implementation of future changes to the storage infrastructure
