Software to keep 2 folders sync'd

I have my photos kept on a local drive and a copy of that folder on a network drive. Every time I make a change I have to duplicate the change on the other folder or do a complete copy again. This is a total pain in the ar$e.

Can anyone recommend any free software that will keep the 2 folders in sync (including subfolders) if I make a change in either folder - so 2 way synchronisation?

Also if I make the change on the local drive but the network drive is off is there software that can do the sync the next time the network drive is switched on?

sync toys is free and works grand, it is mainly run manually but can be configured to run automatically to schedule.
I only run it when I know there are changes though.

Secure Copy - Enterprise File Migration

is an awsome data migration tool

(and obviously keeps folders synched too)

Cheers Hodgy, we use that at work (although i've not used it) so ruled it out as assumed it's expensive?

I would have liked automated replication/file monitoring so it would 'just do it' as and when I made changes but I guess that is expensive enterprise type stuff.
