Looks tidy and stealthy, I'm trying to buy a 335d Touring at the minute to no avail.

geesta 16 February 2010 04:30 PM

Just needs a 318i badge ;)

Boyakasha 16 February 2010 05:11 PM

Lovely looking motor.

LG John 16 February 2010 05:47 PM

Black on black ruins it for me :( Those CSL alloys would look insanely good if they were contrasting with the glossy black paintwork.

J4CKO 16 February 2010 05:55 PM

Damn, you said 335D, you know what you have gone and done.....

You have summoned it, Be-emtlejuice, or Matteeboy as we call him...

Does Mateeboy have one these then? Well I didn't know that :D

He needs to be sharing it with us a bit more. :lol1:

paulwrxboro 16 February 2010 08:36 PM

You now have a new best mate ...he will be along shortly :D

Fabioso 16 February 2010 11:16 PM

I really like that!!! I can kinda see what SB is saying about the black and black but it probably looks meaner becos of them

Matteeboy 17 February 2010 09:46 AM

I was away...in fact drove for four hours in mine yesterday and loved every minute, despite the rain (new tyres seem to be almost aquaplane proof).

Nice motor!

To me "stealth" is "subtle" - looks like a "normal" 3er. That is "black" to me - very black! I do like it though.

Proby521 17 February 2010 10:55 AM

Nice Beemer, they are underated performance wise once rolling. :D

beef-on-the-bone 17 February 2010 06:46 PM

very nice, lovin the wheels :)

there is a black beemer down here somewhere with red grills, looks pretty cool......

Matteeboy 17 February 2010 07:05 PM

I also like your Landy Defender and your shed!

Black is great on 3 series Beemers. Presume the wheels are black CSLs?

So all you lot, would you not post if someone "appeared" with exactly the same car that's also fairly rare? Come on Paul - you are all over every RS thread like a dose of clap.

Big time they are awsome cars that keep with most on the road but i wont go as far as some 35d owners ans say i have the fastest car on the road:Suspiciou (yet,at least untill it has its evolve map and custom exhaust:D)

Thanks everyone i appreciate your comments:thumb:

Errrmmm - cheers!

Scooby - oops on the shed/office! Indeed not the fastest car in the world but keep it in the "zone" and they aren't bad. :thumb:

Nice being able to floor it at "ahem" high speed and still get a proper shove in the back. Torque is good!

First thing to do - ditch the runflats. Then get a remap. Leaving mine stock (plan to keep it for ages and allergic to mods) but remaps do sound fun.

Oh and avoid anything but the smoothest of tarmac - I drove onto some grass earlier with a TINY bit of mud (in a car park) and got stuck. RWD + big torque + big tyres + firm suspension = possibly the worst off roader ever made! That's the fourth time I've spun the wheels in "mud" that would be laughed off by even the gayest softroader!

The colour coded wheely bins are a rare treat, too. :)
