recommendations for commercial web hosting ?
 

I want to host a small (to start with) site that can grow in size and bandwidth, but pretty small to start with.

hosting and selling images, a discussion forum, etc.

Essentially pretty cheap, but if it takes off I don't want to get completely shafted from increased costs.

Any recommendations for decent hosts?
