Does anyone know if 18s with an offset of 114 fit a bug?

you mean a PCD of 114? no it wont the 114.3 PCD will only fit 2005 onwards STI's

You could get CDF make you up some of these to enable them to fit. Depending on how wide the wheels are will depend upon whether or not they would foul the arched though:thumb:
