octaine booster???
what one would you recommend?? i see the millers one's one of them said would up it 4 points but must be used with a catalic convertor..mines decated????
|
if i remember correctly you have a uk blobeye sti? Unless you plan on doing a track day or use crappy 95-97 ron fuel then there is no need to use octane booster!
|
ok ljf cheers for the info..been usung the tesco 99.octaine...a freind told me about it he used to have a classic jap import...?
|
your's will be fine on normal tesco 99/shell v power.
if you wanted to use octane booster.. go for , nf race formula.. thats if you got a classic which is mapped for higher octane than uk fuel can provide. |
cheers eggy...think i leave the stuff alone think i stick with tesco 99/shell v power

V-Power :thumb:

NF is the best. Get mine from Roger Clark MS.
Add 3ml p/l plus V-Power. Mapped in for such. |
Increasing the octane rating will allow the ecu to add more ignition timing, so it may/will feel quicker, mine loves the stuff...
