vredestein tyres

Just been on Elite website Vredstein Tyres, Tires, Winter, Performance or 4x4 Tyres by Vredstein to order 2 Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tyres but they have two on there 1 is Ultrac and the other is Sessanta and have different tread pattens, are the Sessenta the newer better ones? They are priced at £86.95 each but think will match Camskill £84.90
