Extra Value 26" LCD Freeview with Built in DVD Player HD Ready 1366x768 800:1 8ms Scart HDMI Black 1 Year Warranty - Ebuyer

Used them loads, for expensive items too, laptops etc. Top firm.
TBH, with tV's, I wouldn't bother with the no name jobbies. Get a big brand, Samsung, panasonic etc.

SunnySideUp 30 January 2010 07:06 PM

I've used them a few times, also returned stuff to them .... they've been OK.

The TV isn't that cheap really - there are some good bargains on TV's at the moment ... think about paying a bit extra and getting something with a 'name' and reputation?

ebuyer are a good, safe company to deal with.

Sometimes cheap as chips, sometimes not. But always reliable :thumb:

That particular TV looks suspiciously like a Hannspree one I have.

They're pretty good, actually. Not Samsung Series 7 good, but not "Oh my God, what have I done?" crap either.

Probably safe enough for that price, in my opinion.

Ebuyer are sound.

Not sure on your choice of TV (cheap TVs with built in DVD players have a reputation for being a bit flakey on reliability IMO ). Usually ebuyer have reviews which would quickly root out the iffy stuff, I guess this hasn't been on the shelf long to get a rating.

I have used them for years, bought lots for home and work. Prices are great, and stuff delivered quickly. There customer services lacks somewhat though!

my94wrx 30 January 2010 09:48 PM

my brother in law always uses them, and has never had a problem.

i got 2 22" lcd tv's with built in freeview/dvd from tescos for £149 each at xmas for mine and my boys bedrooms.

Part-Box.com 30 January 2010 10:12 PM

Yeah got my LG 37" lcd tv from there a couple of years ago, not the cheapest overall, but the stand for it was cheap, so overall it was the best deal and it came next day too.

:thumb: Another e-buyer fan. Last 2 PCs built was all from components from them - best choice and price and great returns policy.

The LG telly link looks far better - get a £19.99 DVD player separate!
