You voted in your thousands, and now Money Mail can reveal that British Gas is your runaway winner of the Wooden Spoon Award for providing the worst customer service in 2009.

Personally, I HATE BG - they constantly ring me in the evenings trying to sell me 'extras' or to sign up with them for my energy!! Despite me being registered with the TPS and telling them to remove my name off their database ..... finally I have involved the TPS and it has gone quiet - they are abysmal ..
