Cable modem re-route

I am looking to move the PC into the back bedroom but really cba to move the NTL cable wire from the front all the way round the back of the house again.
Is there anything wireless I can use so I can keep the modem in one bedroom and the PC in another without effecting performance?
I have a Netgear wireless router and a standard NTL modem.

If u already have the wireless router then all you need is a wireless card or wireless usb stick for your pc. I use wireless thru 3 floors with good performance.

OK great, what would be considered more stable of the two?

I use a Usb dongle as they can be positioned about for better coverage they are also cheaper and u wont need to crack open the pc. As for stability i have never had any problems with it. Just remember to secure your network with a password so your neighbours dont log on and slow down your connection :thumb:
