as i bought a polar chip of him last week,and he said he has posted recorded,which to my understanding. is next day,so a week later still nothing...

Wouldn't worry too much, i bought some stuff off Amazon on the 4th Jan and that still hasn't arrived, postal system is screwed at the moment.
