sysprep for WXP x64?

is there a x64 sysprep for XP or i can use the bog standard sysprep (32bit) on a x64 XP?

another thing to try may be Newsid however MS have retired it so finding it may be arsey. It won't Sysprep the machine but will regenerate the SID's
