longe engine is block and heads short engine is bare block no heads

Short engine/short block = block, and the bits that go in it (i.e. crank, rods, pistons plus rings, bearing shells etc) all put together.

Long engine = all the above plus complete heads, again all put together.

that's the way these are if you are looking at getting a new engine ask people on this side as there are company's that you need to avoid!

well ive got a wagon sport and i want to convert it and i also need a bonnet latch for a v5 and my locks then doesnt are they different latchs for all diff versions?

no idea on that 1 i think the bonnets are interchangeable so the answer would be they are the same some1 else will confirm
