droplinks...whats your choice???

hi all, im wanting to upgrade the drop links on my turbo 2000! not sure what to get though!
whiteline is the obvious choice but seems quite expensive!seen some proflex ones on ebay for £100 the set also the cdf racing ones for £130 the set!or even the whiteline wire ones????
whats your opinions and experiances?

car is only used for road/fast road!

powerflex on the rear - got them cheap
whiteline wire ones on the front, when i was looking i was advised to go for the wire ones on the front due to allowing a bit of flex over the solids - dont think it really matters though. theyre all going to do the same job!

IV also got a set of CDF fronts on my shelf, they came with comfort bushes which i didnt order and i arnt fitting my front alloy wishbones yet now anyway so if your interested i could sell you them?

I think a lot of aftermarket drop links don't work as well as they should. They should be able to move in different angles. As poly doesn't behave like rubber, the links that have 'top hat' style bushings will not allow correct movement. This is because poly can't really be compressed like rubber. A post a few years ago shed this quite clearly.

Hey Jon,

We only do the droplinks for the steel arms in orange as the bottom bush is shorter.... you can use race or comfort bushes for alloy arms with the 5mm spacer,

if you need to exchange please let me know

thanks

Danny, our sets are £125 delivered for members and they come with zinc plated nuts/bolts and colour fitting intructions .

I believe the quality beats anything else on the market

Thanks chris
