tv sale prices help me pls

basicly we have a small bit cash given to us around 250 ish, so wifey is sat there thinking.....ooooooooo we can geta new mattress for the bed, and im sat there thinking.... no ooooooo new tv for bedroom wall as we have not had a tv in our bedroom for years, i know i can swing her round to the ideal but i need a bargain, i need a tv and a wall bracket.

heres the bad bit though ideally a 32" i think or maybe a little smaller, built in dvd would also be good as then we dont have to mess about trying to find somewere to put a dvd

anyone spotted anything on there internet travels?

nah Richer sounds,

Go for richer sounds and buy everything you need before you go to to pick up the TV otherwise they will try to tempt you to spend more money on cables and amps or a bigger TV.

Get the bracket here Hama - LCD/Plasma Wall Bracket Slim Fix Size Medium: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo although I got mine on ebay for about £20

The reason to buy from richer sounds is the 5 year warranty for only £25 its well worth it!

i have heard nothing but good things about richer sounds although i have never bought anything from there, allways end up in currys and there customer service is the worst out there, why do i do it i dont know, maybe its the wide choice and you do get an occasional unbeatable price on certain products

I nearly bought a Hitachi 42" 1080 dpi tv for £345 delivered from Homebase yesterday but at the last minute when I had to put my credit card details in I changed my mind as I pressumed there would be better offers for better tvs?

Comet seem to have some good deals on TV's, but nowhere has any 'almost too good to be true' deals like there were last Jan - and I think the reason is shops have kept stock levels fairly low due to economic climate, so as a result they've no need to knock off loads to shift stock.

Saying that £345 for a 42" Hitachi sounds very cheap, but I would check the reviews on that model as last time I bought a new LCD TV I was tempted with a cheap Hitachi, but the reviews said it was very poor.

LG 32LF7700 32-inch Widescreen Full HD 1080p LCD TV: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo
Im looking at one of these for the bedroom, I already have a freesat HD box and Im told Iplayer is due on it soon also, For how often U play dvds is it worth the extra hassle.

Richer Sounds are an awesome place to go toy shopping BUT .... most of the stuff they sell is usually end of life products which means the manufacturers have moved onto producing new lines of kit (or are about too) so your new toy will be very quickly superseded plus, sometimes they only have limited stock of certain items so if you don't buy it there and then, it may well be gone by the next day. Is also worth looking for what you want on their website rather than in their store since not all the stores have the same stock.
