Advice needed on big parts list from Subaru!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car has been off the road for a while and needs the following parts: new Clutch, three new Struts (but I think I may as well get all four done), new Front and Rear Discs and Pads, plus a couple of other minor things.
It is a stock (265 bhp) 2002 STI Prodrive at the moment but it should be closer to 320 by the summer.
I was hoping someone could give me advice on alternative parts to Subaru (i.e. AP racing, Brembo, etc...) that I should get, or are the Subaru parts the best buy. I want Peformance Friction Front dics but they don't do rear ones and I think it might look odd with two different discs on the front and back. I've got around £3000 to spend.
Any advice would be most appreciated.

Other than PF disks and matched pads to get any improvement in braking you're looking at K-Sport or AP brake kits really, K-sport for about £900 front £7-800 rear APs from £1-1.5k front similar for rears!

I'd go for PF on the front and good aftermarket disks/pads (DS2500) on the rears.

If you need 3 struts either get all 4 (KYB AGX are popular) with a set of lowering springs (Prodrive or Eibach come reccomended) or a set of coilovers (BCs are good value).

Have you uprated the ARBs yet, 22 front 24 rear whitelines with uprated droplinks and an anti-lift kit is popular.

For your clutch I'd speak to David (APi) about his API/Excedy stage 1s (consider a lightened flywheel)

Speak to Ian@Godspeed www.godspeedbrakes.com to get some new discs :) or bob'5 at aztec performance for pf discs on the front.

Tony:)

Cheers for the advice, you've given me alot to think about. I'm so happy to finally be getting the car back on the road. I was so depressed I couldn't even think about it before but I got my student loan through (meant for lving costs) and it is all getting spent on the car. Any other advice would be aprreciated.

Has anyone fitted the HT Auto PRODRIVE front splitter or the diffuser (Carbon or ABS)?
