Spec as follows:

Clear indicators & side markers
Subaru sports grille side set (Want a sports grille if anyone is sellin one? :D )
Pink STi grille badge
WR Sport twin headlamp conversion (With Vision plus bulbs :D )
Colour coded side skirts
8x18 OZ Super Leggera's with Toyo 225/40 x 18's
WR Sport backbox
Scoobysport centre de-cat section
ITG Panel filter

Future mods:

Prodrive Springs
Brake upgrade
PPP (Baby on way so these will be put on the back burner me thinks :D :D or so I'm told  )

First pic for anyone deciding between bugeyes or headlamp upgrade (1 side of car with std headlamp and other side with upgraded lamp)

Looks good...

You might want some STi foglight covers they really do make the car look a lot better, protects the lenses while allowing the light out.

You could also contact TSL www.tsl-motorsport.co.uk about the new Eibachs that are coming out for the MY01/02! ;)

TSL can also source the STi covers...

divecon 19 March 2002 10:56 AM

Mark,

Do you have any shots of a car with these covers and do you know roughly how much?

Cheers

MATTeL 19 March 2002 11:28 AM

Here the are on DrEvil's car (still for sale BTW), I could have used mine but I thought I would use the all to common Blue! ;)

To be honest I can't remember the price I had to get mine sprayed a different colour as they come in WR blue or black IIRC.

You can compare the two green cars as mine is in the background of the 1st picture in this post.

TSL's telephone number is 0115 9337200.

Looking good mate.

I've just bought some 18" P1 wheels in Anthracite. Although they fill the arches better it still needs to be lower. Looks like yours could do with being dropped an inch or two as well.

DaveUK300 19 March 2002 12:13 PM

Looks great mate......very much like my UK300 http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/smilie/cool.gif
Nice to see you drove the car into the living room to do your mods.....or could it be you've bought the showhome on your site!!:D:D

Dave

Jza 19 March 2002 12:48 PM

Nice car mate!!

Get the spoiler sorted and some pimp tints!!

If the babys on the way why not get some OEM spoiler lifters from TSL like i did???

Jza

FreeT 19 March 2002 01:08 PM

Excellent looking, but wouldn't you have been better getting the uk300 since it now looks so similar and comes as standard with more power?

( and nice decor in garage! )

ZIPPY 19 March 2002 01:13 PM

Nice,Nick but only you could have dado and wallpaper in the garage also did i see carpet so you can keep the tyres warm as well as your knees when you are putting more bits on the toy.
But back to the thread its lookin great mate.

Zippy.

speedking 19 March 2002 01:30 PM

Nick,

I do prefer those lights to the Morettes (sorry ZIPPY). Where from and how much? Are they better as lights or purely a cosmetic upgrade?

EvoRSX 19 March 2002 02:27 PM

Hi there Nick,
Looking a lot better now then ;)
How does it go with the exhaust done?
I've now got a boost controller fitted to the Evo and I'm getting an exhaust and dump valve in the next couple of weeks and so I'll have to take you out for another run about at 1.2 bar boost!!!!

Congrats on the baby front as well.

I'll give you a ring sometime this week and we can arrange something.

Andy

Nikko2 19 March 2002 08:13 PM

Nick new lights look good. Are they much better at night?

Andy, Went to my mates house yesterday and saw your car you live round the corner from him. Next time the westys out I will drive past to see if your washing your wheels :).... Take you for a run if you are still up for it?

Nick

EvoRSX 20 March 2002 09:26 AM

Nikko,
Still definitely up for a run in the westy when its sunny ;)
You can also have a run out in the Evo if you want?

Andy

NickAdams 20 March 2002 10:13 AM

Thanks for the comments so far guys!
Mattel - I forgot to include the STi covers on my 'wish list'.I may order these soon cos I must admit they look pretty cool on Dr Evils motor (Even in that common WR Blue colour!!!!!! ;) )

Nath - I saw that you'd bought Knowlesy's wheels.Wouldn't mind seein some pics of ya motor with the new wheels on and agree with you about gettin it lowered! (There's a wr blue close to where we live with anthracite wheels and it does look cool!)

JZA - Not sure I like the spoiler extensions although they do look good on your motor! May consider a larger spoiler at some stage?

As to comments about my living room,Sorry garage - We did indeed buy the showhouse and rather than having it converted back to a 'normal' garage we decided to leave it as is.I do get some funny looks from people when they see me hoovering the garage though! :D:D:D

The lights are more than a cosmetic upgrade and have Hella units.I upgraded the 4 H7 bulbs (Plus the 2 sidelight bulbs!) to Philips Vision Plus and they are pretty bright now.Still need to get them aligned but they're more or less right........

Andy - Deffo up for a spin in the Evo again.Giz a shout once you get the exhaust fitted.I'll dig a spare pair of undies out this time!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

Nikko - Headlamps are much better at night yeah! (I can see where I'm goin now! :D )

Cheers Everyone!

Nick..

Nikko2 20 March 2002 10:31 AM

Trip in an evo sounds cool to me...

You will probably hear the westy before you see it though. Nurspec R exhaust on a scoob is nowhere near a Lotus twincam through a wunoff exhaust at full chat. :D

ADP 20 March 2002 11:27 AM

are those 17s or 18s??

NickAdams 20 March 2002 12:35 PM

18's mate! (Needs lowering a tad to make the wheels look bigger than they actually are!!!!)

Cheers,

Nick..

JGRIFF 21 March 2002 08:58 PM

Nick, am I the light of your life?, looks Very very nice, I've posted you off line with a bit more info re lights

NickAdams 25 March 2002 11:17 AM

John,
You certainly are the light of my life... :D:D:D:D

Think it's time to get the STi foglamp covers now!!!! :)

Cheers,

Nick..

Nathan L 25 March 2002 11:23 AM

Nick

See if you can get a discount for two sets :D

EvoRSX 25 March 2002 12:16 PM

Nick / Nikko,
Picked up the exhaust on Saturday morning and spent a whole 45mins fitting it on Saturday afternoon. Still doesn't sound as nice as a scooby though :( Will be getting the dump valve in a few weeks time hopefully.

Give us a call if you fancy a spin out.

Andy

NickAdams 25 March 2002 12:49 PM

Andy,
Spin sounds cool.Wot u upto Thursday night? Say 6 o clock or something?
Drop me an e-mail to my works address and we'll sort something out. So,daft question,is it much faster now then?

Cheers,

Nick..

P.S: Nath,I may contact upauto cos they do the cheapest original STi covers. See if they do a discount on two sets? If you find anywhere doin em cheaper for 2 sets, lemme know? :D

NickAdams 27 March 2002 12:57 PM

Nath,
You heard anything? :) (Upauto are gettin some stock next week!)

Cheers,

Nick..

yoza 25 April 2002 11:23 AM

NickAdams 25 April 2002 11:25 AM

Nice one Yoza!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

EvoRSX 25 April 2002 11:28 AM

Nick,
Did you get my E-mail about the blast out on May 5th with a few of us Evo boys?

Andy

P.S. New brakes next eh??? When will it all end.

NickAdams 25 April 2002 11:39 AM

YHM as they say mate!

Nick

hughjayteens 25 April 2002 12:37 PM

Is there any pics of a WR blue one with anthracite wheels anywhere?

NickAdams 25 April 2002 03:32 PM

Nathan Langleys MY01 now has 18in OZ P1 wheels fitted. After a lot of searching, here's his thread for you http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...threadid=82193

You know it makes sense to buy a scoob don't ya? ;)

Nick

hughjayteens 25 April 2002 03:41 PM

My only other 'offput' is that my dad has had Scooby turbos since 1994, and currently has a 2000 model which is due for replacement... Not sure that owning the same car as your dad is very cool!!

Thanks for the pics anyway - Extra ammunition to convince the other half that cool cars can have a roof!!
