BA is Poo - Wlllie Walsh has to go
I've traveled with this company (our national flag carrier) on numerous occasions and on only one occasion they came up to the mark (Yes, I wrote to complain but got worthless responses or no response). I will not give them my business until I see or hear about real improvement.
The real people, on the work face, are doing as much as is possible despite their management's dreadful efforts. 92% vote to take Wlllie and his gang to task. :thumb: |

no looker but they say she had a bubbly personality |
Overpaid and underworked, hopefully they will sack off a load of biccie slingers, lower their prices and maybe profitable again. Currently they are the worst airline I have ever flown with.
|
BA's Unite cabin staff only voted for this strike action because I have just booked a long-haul return flight with them. I am sure it's got nothing to do with any work practices or pay issues. They just want to pi$$ me off.

flew with KLM again today
was spot on as always even the fud was edible never fly with BA |
KLM are great, as are Finair. We managed to get a Manchester > Tokyo return for £400 with Finair, the food & service were great & the inflight entertainment was spot on. BA on the other hand served me many a soggy "Pannini" on their morning flight from NCL > LHR via their pretentious cabin staff that were more interested in discussing X Factor with the other airheads than serving paying customers.

Flown with BA loads of times. Never once had a problem. They have been cheaper than Easyjet on quite a few occasions as well.

The workers are revolting!!! |
I dont fly BA unless I can help it, far too expensive.
But I dont get it with the cabin crew. They earn well more than anyother Airline crew, the company they work for is on the brink of going bust, so they go on strike, mad totally mad. Doh............. Oh and their pension fund is around 4 billion short, so if BA goes bust, no pension! |
let them strike, ba go down the tube then all of the workers go from being the best paid workers for there jobs to getting handouts down the dole office, moaning that it was ba's fault.
|
Willy Walsh is an autocratic CEO (as most are) and he sees everything that goes wrong as either the fault of others or simply unforeseeable in the first place and hence 'not his fault'.
He should have gone following the terminal 5 fiasco, but he didn't citing that who could foreseen the issues between BAA and BA at building handover.... :lol1: Unfortunately he'll run BA into the ground and then get paid off, but by then BA will be on its last legs and if not broken up sold off. Bye BA... :thumb: |
12 days of strikes...
On the first day of striking my true love sent to me, A burning Willie Walsh effigy. On the second day of striking my true love sent to me, Two burning braziers and a burning Willie Walsh effigy. On the thrid day of striking my true love sent to me, Three flying pickets, Two burning braziers and a burning Willie Walsh effigy. Out of time :( |

Nice tits btw! :D |
Thank god it wasn't an American Airlines (or even BA) stewardess. That would be like ogling your Grandma's tits. :freak3:

Walsh does not seem to be a very likeable sort and will doubtless bring a lot of the troubles on himself.

Apparently all the people involved in that video were sacked & quite rightly so. There are plenty of shenannigans going on in the airline industry along the same lines. If the strikes go ahead, Ba will probably be forked, I suspect however Willie will use it as a way to restructure the business to cut out a lot of dead wood. I suspect they don't need 14000 cabin crew anymore.

Send them home with a weeks pay
....or just shoot em  |
