simtek wiring q

as title im about to fit my simtek i want to know what wiring to wire the act sensor upto and also where is the map sensor and will it need changing?

From your name I am guessing you own an STi8, the wiring for the ACT on this model is MAF plug wires 2 and 4 from either end of the plug. Map sensor is a factory 2.5 bar absolute one fitted on top of the throttle body, will only require changing if you intend to run more boost than that.

There are many you can upgrade to, the cheapest option being the GM 3 bar map sensor. We stock these and sell them for £75 + vat and delivery, I can also include a wiring diagram although once wired it will need scaling for immediately or it wont run.
Feel free to call on 01752 345880 during the day if you wish to purchase one.
