Best garage services...

I know that this has probably been done before, but I would like to get a bit of a current straw poll for where to take my car to get some work done. I am in Colchester and until recently took my car to Andy at Special Scoobys and was always very happy with his work. Unfortunately Andy has emigrated to Australia which would make taking my car to him a tad difficult. So, if you're of a mind to, please post with where you would take your car if it was you, as I could do with some help to find a new regular garage.

If it makes any difference and people recommend someone specifically for suspension, I am having a problem with the front end, I had a bit of clunking and knocking from the offside front, and this has progressed into an odd tramlining / torque steer type feeling so I want to get it checked as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance for your posts, always appreciate the fantastic knowledge of everyone here on Scoobynet.

And hopefully it won't cost too much money!

Cheers

+1 for Extreme

Also the local scooby fanatics @ Mr Clutch are handy with a spanner.

I always use Xtreme, but have also heard nothing but good things about mr clutch in Chelmsford.

I've always used Mocom Racing @ North Weald and never had a problem.

Mocom Racing - Performance car and trackday products

Always very busy, so that sort of proves how good the service is

Xtreme, Mr Clutch and Mocom are all very competent people.... differing in skills and specialities slightly. but above all, professional and competent :)

I have, and will continue to use all 3.

What's a 3 sided fence called???

Thanks gents - having an early delve and will almost certainly be off to one of these if it is something more serious. Cheers
