Scooby newbie!

I moved from England to Swizzerland about 6 months ago. I've been mooching around the site loads so I thought I'd finally introduce myself after having picked up my MY06 WRX on Saturday!

Hopefully its gonna be a great car to have with all the wicked roads here!

Let the tuning begin!! :D (with the help of your knowledge ;) !!)

Its definitely more tricky than mods in the UK. Generally, you have to have a certificate from the part supplier saying it meets EU standards etc. I've managed to make a great contact in the local(ish) Scooby dealer. He does tuning etc and knows all the rules and loopholes and is a mad Scooby fan himself! :thumb:

Hahaha! I just checked out your garage and from an exterior styling point of view (not sure what you've done power wise), you've done exactly what I want to do! Good to know its gonna look wicked! :D

Do you mind me asking what splitter that is and are they 18s on standard suspension setup?

Ta!

Cool, when I got the car I only planned on flaps and and STI spoiler but unfortunately spent too much time on here and as parts became available for the Hawk they went on my shopping list, most then came off before I sold it.

Splitter was a Scott Lowe item, loved it along with the finish and quality, however it was made of hard fibreglass and I caught it once and snapped it, It repaired no problem but the one on current car is polyurethane and is flexible so hopefully less fragile.

Wheels were 18" PFF7 replicars made by Inovite, again really pleased with them and good quality along with value for money, came from scoobyparts, way cheaper than original prodrive version just heavier.

Splitter was my favourite mod but also like my rear STI diffuser.

Enjoy the car though, loved mine!
