I took some photographs last night but I'm banging my head against a brick trying to upload them to Photobucket so if you want any photographs of the ASTs PM me your mobile number and I'll send a photograph that way.

If I could get the kit to fit an 07 WRX I will have the lot off you and arrange courierage, interested? Alternatively I would settle for the AST's on their own.

Mark1983 19 November 2009 11:39 AM

If you want to arrange for a courier to collect them on a weekend then that's fine. I just can't do anything on weekdays due to work.

BTW .. I had my 2 rear MY05 ASTs totally refurbed today by Curtis at AST Suspension Ltd (at his and Powerstation's premises in Tewksbury) and it cost me £365 all in including all the labour, 4 weel alignment and a total cleanup, new seals, oil, gas etc plus the newer and better springs ... which are on the ones for sale here ..

So .. as Curtis recommends that the rears are refurbed at 40k odd miles .. and will do them if posted to him (as opposed to being on the car) .. it may be a good idea for the purchaser to talk to Curtis about getting them refurbed before putting them on the car .. just a thought ....

I didn't realise Curtis was based back at PowerStation until I was chatting to an AST technician at Spa last weekend. I may well send them off to Curtis for a refurb, eventhough the suspension is only 6 months old has done about 10k miles.
