03 STI's with FMIC's
 

May sound like a silly question but do they have to butcher the bumper to fit them or do most alter the bumper to show off the FMIC!!!

You have to butcher the bumper to fit them.

You will need to cut the bumper to make fit.

Go with Hybrid if you do go FMIC.
