I GIVE UP

Hi guys,
Right heres my situatuaton, i have a 99uk turbo and i was stupid and when we had all the snow in january it managed to rip the inner arch out causing water to go through my intake, now it stalled and took a while to start and it ran very lumpy and keeped stalling, if i new what i new now i would have stoped and took it into the garage but i used it for work and over 2 weeks hoping it would clear out it blew up.
it was det damage melting the piston and recking me engine so i got hold of a 96 short block put new piston rings in and checked it all over it was fine, stuck my 99 heads on and put the engine in and it fired up straight away. now here is my problem it wont boost at all nothing it drives like a non turbo.
now i think the whole troble i had with the det damaged engine was the maf sensor now before i go replacing all the sensors and getting fed up and sell it.
what can be at fault causing no boost,

Sensors
Somthing with boost solinad

i just have ran out of ideas, and help would be great

thanks

Check your boost solenoid piping (do a search on here) and boost pipes first, has it all been connected up right? Has the check engine light come on?

Do you have a boost gauge fitted...... and if so , whats the reading and how does it compare to what it used to be?

No boost at all would also suggest the wastegate is open, check the actuator arm is connected as it should be. If it makes boost but only to actuator pressure ie around 7 psi, that would suggest plumbing, solenoid etc etc
