Can`t wait I`ll take you round in mine if you`ll take me round in yours. I know how sad is that LOL.
Is the engine in and running or robbie got to get his finger out? :thumb:

No probs. It'll be a pleasure (that is if Phil lets me ;) )

The engine and gearbox, is currently somewhere between Yorkshire and Essex. Just need someone to fit it for us (probably not Robbie this time)and give it a shakedown somewhere, then we'll be ready to rock & roll

 I`ve got loads of tinkering to do on the Porsche picked it up 2 weeks ago now I think. And work has picked up so have`nt had time to play. Bought a noise meter only cheap about £20.00 so don`t know how good it is yet till I`ve tried it. But if you need to borrow no problem. :thumb:
Phil might want first go this time LOL
I know Nate won`t need it this time. :D :thumb:

It only goes to 130db you`ll probably melt it. LOL
Hang on does this mean wagon and track are going to be getting acqainted ( spell check Matt ) :D :thumb:
If so I`ll risk a meltdown :norty:

53 31 October 2009 02:13 PM

Hopefully next year, need to find a new cat back but depends on how the wagon behaves over the winter. Cheapest option is probably a H&S scooby sport type I reckon.

And mated with a stanard STi Backbox, will hopefully pass Noise testing :thumb:

You should just about be ok with the bung fitted, but won't feel right on track

I bet that was fun :thumb:
I have stayed at the Hotel a few years back before the Splash pool thingy & was able to get in the park earlier. Are they still letting you in the park earlier or were you not up that early :D

they do still let you in early
but no during the scarefest
they give you a fast track pass instead
we had a complimentary fast pass due to earlier issues
its great to walk to the front of a 90minute queue
and just get straight on the ride
have to say the terror towers was great
favourite ride........Oblivion:notworthy

Yeah that's a option, but would be quite restrictive, maybe I can find a back box that will bolt on to my nurspec system, hmm

Darc

53 01 November 2009 01:22 PM

Darc, get a new flange welded to a NewAge Sti box, would be the cheapest option. I have a 1 piece cat back so its a bit more expensive.

Darc174 01 November 2009 02:56 PM

is there no back box that will just bolt on to my 3" system, that i can just chop and change for track days?

darc

53 01 November 2009 03:04 PM

Yep but muchous expensive !

Subaru Classic 3" Backbox - Impreza Classic - Subaru

Darc174 01 November 2009 03:09 PM

 To expensive lol thats the system i sold to get my Nur Spec R

ill post in the wanted see what comes up, as putting the bung in wont help proformance

darc

Moley 01 November 2009 09:29 PM

I think you might have troubles Darc.

I was told that only a Nur Spec R backbox will fit onto a Nur Spec R system, as Blitz put the back box to mid section connection in a place no others manufacturer do. (further back IIRC)

I could be wrong, but i am pretty sure this is the case.
