Rear brake assembly from where?

Garage changed my rear disks recently and have told me to get all the bits in the rear brake assembly. The brakes keep binding on when i reverse. The garage said all the bits were pretty corroded and the springs and the like realy tired.
Where can I get the hand brake shoes and the rest of the assembly from?

unusual for the whole assembly to be buggered???

the main adjuster is simply a little screw set-up, normally a strip, clean and re-grease sorts it
as for the rest maybe a breaker as they will no doubt be silly money for what they actually are

The garge just said the spring were realy weak and that the bolts holding the assembly together were rounded and they had to make some more. Not actually had a look myself. He just asked me to get some sort of rear overhaul kit if I could.

it is like the shoes aren't pulling away from the inside of the disk when the hanbrake is released and it sometimes actually locks the wheel if i reverse and I have to drive forwards to get it to unlock

never had the springs go weak, sounds more like its not assembled correctly or mis-adjusted???
