Can anyone plz tell me why my idle control valve is constantly on(buzzing) when the car is off? Its killin my battery everynight. Also i have my handbrake light that comes on when im drivin and i seem to run rich when it does and get exhaust pops and burn more fuel. And before any smart arses reply lol its not that the handbrake is on :D

thanks for trying mate :D forgot to say that the brake fluid level is fine. i cant understand it either maybe i have a hort somewhere but how would i go about tracing it? hmmm...
