Ltd Company Accounts??
When i go on companies house, the following documents are listed for a company:
Document AA 22/07/2009 30/09/08 TOTAL EXEMPTION SMALL 363a 06/04/2009 RETURN MADE UP TO 05/03/09; FULL LIST OF MEMBERS Will either of those documents contain details of yearly profit ? I have no idea if this company is making £10 a year or £10,000,000 a year and i'd be interested to find out. Cheers Avi :D |

AA is a very abbreviated set of accounts -due to the small company exemption rule so they're not making £10m, the annual return tells you who the directors/shareholders are, and no Matteeboy isn't one ;)

There are companies who monitor and give a score so you can see if a company is running profitably or not. I use Riskdisk or Credit assist. Most small companies only file abreviated accounts which dont have turnover or proffit disclosed, does have the following info;
Balance Sheet Total Fixed Assets Total Current Assets Trade Debtors Total Current Liabilities Total Long Term Liabilities Total Net Worth Indicators Working Capital Acid Test Liquidity |
