:lol:DO BREMBOS OFF OF OTHER CARS FIT CLASSIC SUBARU'S?

Just wondered if anyone could help me out, i was thinking of upgrading my brakes on my 1994 wrx. The standard brakes are crap, i am running 360bhp and its seems like it dont wanna stop. I am going to do away with the ABS, and run new brake lines, so while i was there i was gonna install some decent from brakes, i have seen plenty of Brembo front calipers removed from a evo 6. Just wondered if anyone knew if they fit a classic.

afaik evo brakes dont fit a scoob, the later models 4 pots are a direct bolt on replacement at the front and the 2 pots with an adapter bracket at the rear. the newage brembos are also possible to fit allbeit more involved. either way there are more economical ways to get better brakes than sourceing evo ones cheap, as by the time you pay to fabricate everything you need to actually fit them , you coulda bought the correct parts in the first place, just my $0.02 worth :)

Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. ;)
Brembos of Fiat coupe's fit with brackets as do porsche calipers.

Easiest thing to do is buy some from an STi Impreza. Loads about at sensible money.
