Was wondering if anyone has had some experience with the following CCTV system - http://www.stealthbigbrother.com.
Also can anyone recommend a good b/w external camera? cos the one on the above site doesn't have such a low lux rating. Thanks in advance.... |
Try http://www.stealthbigbrother.com ;)
There doen't seem to be much detail on this site - for example how is the recording triggered - whenever the image changes so can you set the sensitivity or will wind on trees set it off ? Can you set the recording period ? etc. etc. They seem to have some reasonably priced camreras here |
Response make quality b&w cameras .you might want to steerclear from micromark .as the pics are terrible.

Guys just took delivery of the Stealth Big Brother System....will have is wired in as soon as I decide on a decent camera (thx I'll stay away from the DIY Store ones)
Looking at a Sony CCD Camera from Maplins (b/w) - with External housing which includes a heater and fan......any got any views? Oh yeah, if anyone is interested in the Big Brother system dont buy on there site....£175 approx. Try www.cpc.co.uk (membership is free and they have loads of stuff...cheap). I managed to get the system for £129 next day delivery is free and 10% off your 1st orders. |
There is another system called MovieStar or LookC which allows you to watch your camera's over the net, details here

if you want a decent camera (composite video - not USB!) then try looking around http://www.rfconcepts.co.uk/. I used them to buy my in-car bullet-cam - decent kit, good prices and very quick delivery!!! mb p.s. They have a lot of new kit - yummy! |
