Any brain waves to make turbo more efficient

Hey all,

Anyone come up with further mods than these below:

Hyrib garrett, turbo wrap, plus complete 3" system wrap, open mouth down pipe, hybrid to 3" turbo inlet (still has 90 deg bend but big), cold air wing induction kit with massive K&N filter. FMIC with side plates to ensure all air flow in and around bumper goes through fins of IC, with auto water spray and WI...

Anything else can do that's simple to make turbo more efficient?

Dont know about efficency
Andy Forrest has mine set so it wont go above wastegate pressure untill the coolant temp has warmed up. Cant remember what he set it @.

Say's in your spec - 'turbo wrap' ?
Is the turbo wrapped or are you running Thermal Products ?

Is the compressor housing clocked or does it have the silly U-bend to the FMIC, you'll also want a reversed inlet.

Heat wrap eshaust only until its out the engine bay after that you want the gas to cool and lose volume!

Better FMIC core ?

Heat wrap all the IC pipework ?

Machine/modify turbo ?

Only heat wrap the pipework where its colder than the engine bay, turbo out is likely to be hotter!

The Ford boys find a benefit from running a small cooler and chargecooler pump to circulate more cooler water through the turbo.
