clutch problems?

had a new clutch and flywheel fitted after old one was slipping quite bad, But when setting off the car judders like mad it makes all the car shake. It also judders as you gear down at low speed to a stop is this normal for the bedding in period:wonder:
i have had clutches fitted to cars before but never experienced anything like this?

My uprated Exedy is the same, let it bed for 1k miles or so then do a couple (or more) of 5k lauches and it'll bed in nicely ;)

someone said to me do a 5k launch that will skim the plate just like bedding brakes in, i will leave it a couple of days and see how it goes if no better think i will bite the bullet and get a twin plate exedy had one of them in last car awesome bit of kit,
it seems so strange all the car shaking when setting off just feels all wrong

When i had clutch judder on mine it was due to the fly wheel surface. New fly wheel and it disapeared. I have a Roger Clarke lightened and balanced fly wheel with Organic clutch and i didn't have a bedding in period. It worked just great from the off. Would check with who installed it for you.
