oposite high beam/low beam on hids

hi guys. recentle noticed in a reflection that one light is high beam and one is low beam on dipped an vice versa when on high beam. its a classic an wondering if anybody else noticed this an does anybody know the cure. all ive done is fitted how it was instructed

This is EXACTLY what I was asking BOB5' about tonight, and received no answer.:Whatever_:Whatever_:Whatever_

It sounds as if the wiring has got transposed. It really annoys me that unscrupulous traders, (not necessarily BOB5'), are selling these kits as "plug and play" when they patently are not.

You are going to have to identify the wires that produce dip/main, and swap over the pair that produce the wrong pattern on dip. If I could see it, I could probably sort it, but without being there............

The dip/main is produced by moving the bulb, so try to identify the wires that do this, then simply swap over the wires on the one that is wrong.

Sorry not to be too much help.

yea mate i understand. in the instructions included it says may have to swap wires but my question is, is that u only plug 1 side of the system into lighting system, so if i changed wires around well it wont make a difference to the other side but will have to try. i do see how plug an play is bull because ive had nothing but problems with these so far

Try swapping wires there, yes, but I'd also trace the thinner wires that go to the servos on the bulbs themselves, see if BOTH SIDES are wired the same.

Not one of ours, this wouldn't be possible with our SuperHIDs - not sure how yours is wired.

Might be best to contact the company you brought them off.
